PROCUREMENT SERVICES:
We also provide component procurement and stocking services as you require. Either a complete TURNKEY or partial mix of supplied and procured components as best fits your need. We require the same data as for consigned projects along with an Approved Manufacturers List (AML).

Bill of Materials:
In Microsoft Excel or delimited text format. Please identify any components that are not to be placed or require special handling. BOM should include Part Number (Internal or Manufacturers), Reference Designators, Description, and package type.

Gerber Files
As a minimum we need Silkscreen and Solder Paste layers for Surface Mount and Mixed Technology Assemblies. The Silkscreen and Solder Mask layers for Thru Hole only assemblies. These files are used to generate Assembly drawings and Stencils for Production. (Solder mask layer can also be used for a Solder paste substitute.)

Centroid Data (Optional)
(Pick & Place or XY Data) Generated machine file which shows X-Y Center of placed components , Rotation, Which side of PCB and Refernece Designator.

Components:
For ICs, QFP, and BGA we ask for 1 extra, for discrete parts we would like to see 1% extra. We can use cut tape if required. Bulk or loose parts must be identified prior to quote.
